The range hood works well and does what it supposes to do. It's easy to customize and install. Its price is reasonable. The reason we give this 4 stars because the light holder/cover and the front covert are loose.

The light cover is the most junky looking part made in white plastic, and it's a little bit short for the compact fluorescent light bulb. We had to cut open one end of the light cover to fit with our bulb.

The front cover is needed when you don't want your cooking air come back to your kitchen (for the ducted hood). This part is very easy to fall out of its place.
